Daija Irizarry '18 Recruiting Profile

Welcome to my profile, my name is Daija Irizarry. My primary position consists of being a RHP. My secondary position is first base. I have been playing softball for 5 years and have been playing travel ball for 3 years. I am currently a Senior at Montverde Academy. I work very diligently in school and also on and off the field. My dream and #1 goal is to play at the top collegiate level.

Most girls that I have played with recently or in the past have played softball for the majority of their lives. I have only been playing this sport that I have come to love since I was 11 years old. Even though I may lack some knowledge of the sport or strength that other girls have gained over their many years playing, I believe that I have just as much and even more of a drive and passion to be the best player that I can possibly become.
