Hello! My name is Madison Blackford. I am a 2026 school year graduate. My primary position is short stop. My secondary is outfield. I enjoy playing at both. I started playing travel ball in March of 2022, since then I have fallen in love with the game. In addition to my daily reps and weekly practices, I’m working on building my skills and confidence by going to camps hosted by florida colleges. My collegiate goals are to pursue a degree in Radiography or Psychology. I enjoy being active and I also like to help others reach their goals. It is my hope that I can continue playing softball throughout my college career. I’m a good candidate for your team because I have a great attitude and I work hard. I strive to stay positive even when I’m frustrated or things aren’t going my way. I’m also a good candidate because I’m not too proud to learn. In addition, my faith is important to me. It’s the reason why I try to do everything to the best of my ability and with integrity.
