Shaylee Clow '17 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was 5.  My parents, teachers and coaches have influenced me throughout my life. This has resulted in my desire to continue my academic career to become an elementary school teacher.  I would also like to become a softball coach in the future.  I have learned many life lessons from my experiences on the softball field. I will continue to maintain a strong work ethic and be the best teammate I can be.  I believe in the power of teamwork.  Players working together, as a team and a family, can overcome almost anything on and off the field.  My overall goal is to become a leader in life and a leader on the softball field, which positively impacts others lives much like those who have positively impacted mine.  My desire to play softball at the collegiate level is something I have dreamed of for a very long time.  I have worked hard to enhance my skills and fine tune my mechanics in hopes of playing college softball.
