2016 Indiana Blaze (16U)
New season, new team. Very excited to get the season underway. 1st tourney is scheduled for 9-18. Go Blaze!!! We have had our first tournament and it was a good one. We went 3-0 on the day and won the tournament. Our next tournament is Oct. 2, 2016 in Wabash, In. It is the NSA Appreciation Day tourney at the Morret Complex. We also will be playing Oct. 23 in W. Terre Haute, In. at the St. Mary of the Woods College Exposure tournament. We will have more to come in the future. To date (May 14) the Blaze have been very successful. The winter indoor season was successful with the team receiving a 2nd place and a 3rd place finish. We are looking forward to getting back together in June where we have several tournaments on the schedule, including a state tournament and a world series.
2015 Hoosier Thunder (Travel 16U)
This is essentially the same team as 14U. The coaches daughter had to move up to 16U and he ask me to be his pitcher. We just have a new name. I am the number one pitcher and if he plays me elsewhere it is at 1st base and right field. He does a great job at keeping me safe and protecting my arm. We didn't have a strong defense this year.
2014 Indiana Impulse (Travel 14U)
This was my first year 14U. I was taken as a 3rd baseman and I played 1st base early on. During my try out I had a broken thumb. After it healed I became their number one pitcher. When I didn't pitch I played 3rd and 1st until after the first few tournaments. We had a new coach and he made me the number one pitcher. I then primary pitched and played 1st base or right field, he was good at keeping me safe.
2013 Indiana Shockwave (Travel 12U)
This was my first year as a travel pitcher. Along with pitching I caught, played 3rd base, 1st base and some outfield. I was given the game ball at a tournament. I was up to bat and we had two outs with runners on 1st and 2nd and I had two strikes. I hit one deep hit over the left fielders head and scored the winning run. The umpire gave the game ball to my coach to give to me.
2012 Indiana Fusion (Travel)
This was my first year 12U. I played some 3rd base, 1st base and right field.
2011 Howard County Thunder (Travel)
This was my first year travel. I played 3rd base and right field.

Legacy's Valentines Tournament
2/12/17 to 2/12/17
Indoor tournament. The Blaze will start their day bright and early Feb. 12. They will play their first pool play game at 7:40 a.m. vs the NE Thunderboltz 16U, their second pool play game will be at 11:10 a.m. vs the NE Thunderboltz 18U. Seeding will determine the start time of bracket play. They could play at 12:30/1:40 or 2:50. The Blaze will play on field 1 and will be wearing their white with blue uniforms. Looking forward to seeing this talented group of girls play for the championship. GO BLAZE!!!!!

Indoor tournament. The Blaze faced some talented softball teams this weekend. They played 5 games on the day and found themselves in the championship game. They finished 2nd to a very talented Tsunamis team. Bre had a successful day pitching and hitting. She allowed one 9 hit all day while only walking 2 hitters. She had 5 strikeouts. Looking forward to the next tournament Feb. 12, 2017
