My name is Shawna May Dyer, but my friends and family call me May. My collegiate goal would be to find a college that offers a major in the field of Political Science, Criminology, or Biology, and has a respectable softball program. As a rising freshman, I work hard on my grades with a secondary focus on softball.
I am a great candidate because I am hardworking and persistent. If something challenges me I keep trying until I have improved or mastered certain skills. I was so excited recently when I found out I officially hit 63 MPH with my fastball as a young 14 year old. While I am consistently increasing my speed, I understand the importance of locating pitches. I am excited to continue improving my softball knowledge and skills.
