Dakota Little '26 Recruiting Profile

My whole life I have spent playing sports, and just recently I made it my goal  to get a scholarship in softball so I can be the first person in my family to attend college.  I have a crazy drive to win and I’m willing to put my body on the line for my team and the game. Whether it’s to dive to catch a ball, slide hard into base on a steal or to take a softball in the leg on a bad pitch, I put all of my effort into softball.  My love for softball is a passion!  I practice my pitching daily and I am always looking for someone to toss a ball with. 

Sometimes I struggle with accepting mistakes I make, but when I play softball I’m more capable of putting all of that to the side and focusing. I redirect my thoughts to the good and stay in the moment. I put the past aside to picture the perfect pitch, throw or hit so I can succeed. 

I am looking forward to the training and advice I will receive each and every practice and game so I can be worthy of a scholarship.
