Personal Statement

I am relentless to achieve success in everything I try. My goal after high school is to attend a strong academic college where I can earn an excellent, well rounded business education while playing college softball.  I intend to succeed in the college setting both academically and athletically since I am versatile, hard-working, faith and values driven, and have a good work ethic. As a student, I believe that academics and maintaining strong character are extremely important and must take precedence in one’s educational journey; I continuously challenge myself to improve my academic ability.  My softball goal is to play for coaches that support scholar athletes with a team that aspires to compete at a high level and who I can form long-lasting friendships and special memories with. In the past, I have enjoyed excellent academic experiences and have played with teams that have formed very close bonds. I am just as happy to play with a team that has multiple championships or a team that is in the development phase as long as the objective of my team is to play hard to win. I am a coachable player and strive to aid my team in whatever tasks need to be performed so that we can enjoy success together. Therefore I always try to improve as an athlete and team leader. I believe in leading in positive ways and that finding means to use everyone's skills and talents is the best way to promote unity and produce a winning record. I aim to ensure my fiercely competitive spirit by acting upon my coaches' advice, taking every opportunity to get better, and by encouraging and supporting my teammates to do the same.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
