Caroline Staiano '27 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old. The more I play, the more I realized I love the sport and want to continue playing at the collegiate level. I am a freshman at Ridgewood High School starting on Varsity either pitching or playing first base. I’m currently batting 4th in the lineup with a .400 average at the start of my first season. On the mound, I have 28 innings pitched with 27 strikeouts. I work hard year round playing on the North Jersey Vipers 16/18u team winter/fall/spring time and during the off season, I'm in the weight room at Power Arm at least 5 days a week. I am open to all options to match a competitive sports environment as well as good academics. I hope to continue to push myself and to make my family, coaches and teammates proud.
