I am proud to say that I have committed to Siena College to both continue my education as well as play to softball!
I am a versatile player however primarily a catcher and 3B player. I was SS for my first year on varsity as a 9th grader with no experience there, and my team wentn to states that season! My coaches have also put me at 2B and OF in a pinch.
My coaches and teammates honored me as co-captain on this year's varsity team, and I have been co-captain on volleyball and softball teams in the past as well. I have mostly played at higher levels than other kids my age and have strong academics too! I have been a member of NJHS and like to contribute to my community by volunteering for Hi-5 and for Ronald McDonald House.
In college I would love to be on the field for every game but more importantly, I want to contribute to a team whether it is on the field or in the dugout cheering for my team because I understand that the experience is not all about me....it is about the team as a whole....doing what is best for the team and for the school I am representing while making lifelong friends! I plan to maintain my GPA so I can get into grad school to continue my studies.
