Emily Lang '25 Recruiting Profile

 I love everything about softball, from teamwork to the individual drive you need to have to succeed. My family has always taught me you get out of life what you put into it so if you want to play big, you have to work extremely hard. 

    My family is also my hugest fan  and when I say family I mean my Softball Family. Its my family, my team, coaches, and friends and family of my teammates. Everything falls away and I feel completely  content every time I’m on that field. I hear my coach say,  ”no one is better than you kid no one”, from my team I hear “I believe Em…you believe…because we believe “ from my mom and dad I hear “Come on Kid just do you and have fun” and that’s all I need to hear………it is unconditional love and support …….it’s a feeling like no other and the best part is another teammate comes up to bat and I hear the same thing for them and it’s this continuing circle of support and love……..Now  that is what pushes me to strive for a better day then yesterday . Hopefully, all that I have been doing will also allow me to go to college and play as well..…..And I’m not all about the game I work just as hard at Academics as well. I know softball can only take me so far and a quality education is my future.
