I would really like to play softball in college. I am a versatile player, and am capable of playing as a pitcher, shortstop, second baseman, or outfielder. I like to play anywhere as long as I'm playing, but pitching is my favorite. All of my coaches say I show a lot of control with my pitches, and I am currently throwing a fastball, change-up, curve ball and drop ball.
I would like to attend college to become a veterinarian in the future. I have maintained a 3.8-4.0 gpa throughout junior high. I work hard on the field and in the classroom. I am a three-sport athlete (volleyball, basketball, and softball), but softball is definitely the sport I would like to play after high school. I am getting ready to enter my third year of club softball, and I really love my team and coaches! I am looking forward to a really good summer season, and I am excited to play in three college showcases with my team this summer. I feel that some of my best athletic qualities besides ability are my enthusiasm, leadership, and willingness to work hard, and all of these character traits overlap into the classroom.
