Maycee Abendschein '11 Recruiting Profile

I'm currently a senior at Madras High School. I'm 5'9", weigh #155 and work out all year as much as possible. I've been playing softball since age 5, and summer ball since age 8. I have always played up with the older girls at a very competitive level. I have set very high academic goals. I maintain a GPA of 3.6 or higher and plan to continue that throughout high school and into college. One of my dreams is to play at the collegiate level. I've been playing varsity softball since my freshman year. I pitch low 60s on average. I recieved 2nd team all-league pitcher my sophomore and junior year along with honorable mention infielder my junior year. I am a person who can lead by example, and thrive to be the best not only for me but for the team. I hope to play ball as a freshman at the highest level that is possible for me. I'm a hard worker, I learn fast, and I have PASSION for the game!
