Summer Burrell '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Summer Burrell and I am a sophomore at Interboro High School in Prospect Park, PA playing on the Varsity team. My dream has always been to attend college and play softball. My time is devoted to making honor roll and working out and playing softball year-round. My main position is short stop and I also catch and play centerfield. I am a utility player that can play any position. I also play for a tournament team, The PA Stars. Last year I played for the Delco Diamonds and I led my team in batting average and stolen bases. I am the lead-off hitter. We were PA State Champs and runner-up at Nationals taken place in Connecticut. I was also selected to play for the All- American team that took place in Maryland and received an MVP medal. I also run cross country in the fall for my high school to stay in shape. I have always loved playing softball and even enjoy going to practice just to play and work out. I have big aspirations to attend a top softball school to live out my dream. I work hard and hopefully all of my hard work will pay off. I am well disciplined and mannered and I hope to bring my coach, teammates and school a Championship and give them everything I got on and off of the field. Thank you for your consideration.
