At the time my father was an assistant coach, so I knew I had big shoes to fill. I needed to become a leader on and off the field. I’ve always tried to improve on my academics first and then my sport. I am maintaining a 3.0 GPA along with managing my time being Secretary of my class, Vice present of SADD, and student council. I have gotten the opportunity to be selected as 2016/2017 Western Pennsylvania Athletic Conference All-Conference Award for my high school team. Along with being selected with honorable mention in 2016/2017 my sophomore year. I also brought my school ball team to the first round of playoffs since 2015 being the only pitcher. As junior year is ending I am starting to set my path for the future. Softball has always been my passion and I hope I get the opportunity to pursue it threw out my years at college. I live by the quote “consistency Is key” as I strive to do my best. I fight side by side with my sisters on that field, and they want it just as bad as me and that’s what I thrive off of.
