Brooke Schreyer '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'1" senior infield/outfield softball player from Windber Area High School. I have a 3.587 GPA and currently ranked 19th in my class. I have started the past 2 years as the 3rd baseman but also have played short stop for my high school team. I also held the leadoff batter position. I have eared West PAC award 2011 and 2012, All conference 1st Team 2012. All-Conference 2nd team selection in 2010 and 2011. I have a total of 8 years experience playing softball, starting out at the Little Leauge level. For 2 years , I am a team memeber for Ligoneir Valley Shock travel team, which is current ranked in Western PA. I am a very hard worker, a very motivated person, and a team player. Finanical aide is going to be very important to me in the college selection process. I would like to find a school on the East Coast (perferably PA,Ohio, MD area) since my family is located here but would be willing to explore other opportunities. I am looking for a college with a criminology or forensic sciences. It is a big dream of mine to play softball in college. My personal goals are to play at a school that i can contribute as a freshman and continue playing throughout my college career. I would like to play at a level that best fits my abilities. I will use my skills and meet some amazing people on my journey.
