Jacie Barnes '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacie Barnes and I am Sophmore at Iowa Park CISD located in Texas.  What I love most about playing the sport I love is being able to learn from every play, every at bat, every game and practice.  I love the bond between teammates and coaches. 

I have learned so much playing sports, I have learned that failures happens and sometimes it really sucks when your team loses a game, but to learn from your failures rather than dwelling on them makes you a better athlete and person in the end. Build off of the struggles and create something positive from it in sports and in life. 

I would make a great candidate for a team because I am a leader. I push myself to achieve having good grades. I want to be the best teammate  I can be. I am very coachable and will listen to any advice that will better me at the game as well as in school. I like to stay active and involved whether it be in with the community or on campus with a school.
