Erin Gonzalez '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Erin Gonzalez and I've been playing softball since the age of 9. It started off just playing in the backyard with cousins until I decided it was something I wanted to take serious. This sport has given me so much, I've gained friendships and life skills just from playing and traveling for this sport. Some of the skills are communication and teamwork, I've always given this sport 110 percent no matter what. I make sure on the field to keep all of my teammates in good spirits and to support them. Playing softball in college has been a dream for me since I was little and it's something I've been working towards for a while. My main positions are shortstop and third base but I also know how to play everywhere else. I think I would be a great college athlete because I always have a great attitude and know how to not take corrections offensively.
