Danielle Stone '25 Recruiting Profile

My names Danielle Stone, and I live in a small town in Canada. Both on and off a court, I am a very strong, natural born leader. I'm told I've been this way since I was young. I am always aware and level headed, and in most cases I can do well under pressure. What sets me apart from others is my high basketball IQ and natural athletic ability. I am determined and passionate, especially when I am on the court. Lastly, I am extremely coachable, and I am able to get along with just about everyone. I plan on using these skills to make myself an overall better person and player. My motivation is reaching my end goal of playing college ball. 

I am currently a starting PG on my schools basketball team, and recently I joined club basketball for the first time ever. I am really excited about being able to expand my basketball IQ and learn more about different coaching techniques. So far I have improved every game I've played with this club team. It is teaching me how to play smart at a fast pace. I can't wait to see how much more I will have improved by the end of the season.
