Ever since I was six-years old I knew that I wanted to be a student athlete, and when I was twelve years old I started to make sacrifices to enhance my opportunities to play basketball at the collegiate level. My participation in organized basketball began for the recreational youth and Clark Lane Middle School teams of Waterford, Connecticut. I was selected to participate at the advanced level for the first time with Waterford's youth AAU team. I continued to partake in enhanced athletic opportunities with two AAU teams in southeastern Connecticut: the Connecticut Nightmare in 2015, and the Connecticut Storm from 2016 to present.
Playing at the Varsity level since I have been at Waterford High School, I have become mentally tough to adversity on the court. My high intensity of play and self-confidence has driven me to become a dominant small forward and an accurate shooting guard. My versatility on the court is due to my ability to be coachable and respond to feedback. My greatest attribution for my future basketball team is my consistent offensive ability to execute plays. In addition to my athletic feats, I am a strong performer in the classroom and have been a steady member of the honor roll.
As my time as a high-school student athlete nears its end, I aspire to play collegiate basketball on the East Coast. I will continue to remain focused and aware of my duties in the classroom and on the court. Please consider all that I can provide for your team.
