Erica McCray '24 Recruiting Profile

My goals in college are to play for a high caliber team, be instrumental in winning titles and leave with a degree that propels me in life. I am a good candidate for your team because I am focused, hard working and a team player who will deliver with results. What makes me different is that I have had the opportunity to see both my sister and brother who were virtually unknown, develop into high caliber athletics. My sister for Landers University and my brother for Indiana University, then on to the NFL for three years. I watched them play through injuries and earn their spots by putting the work in. I was a late starter due to my siblings collegiate schedules but I have made up for lost time by doing what I saw them do, put the work in !  What makes me different is I understand and look forward to giving what it takes to grow both on and off the court, morally, athletically and academically .
