Personal Statement

My goal is to play basketball at the next level while furthering my education with a career path in mind. I have really grown to love basketball and playing it throughout my life has contributed to my success on and off the court. I've always been very competitive and want to succeed in every thing I do, which drives me to work hard in order to accomplish my goals. I love just being able to play and not have to think or worry about anything else. I have been told that I am a leader not only on the court, but in and out of school as well.

I am a varsity captain as only a sophomore which goes to show that my teammates trust me and look up to me and my coaches see good leadership and a hard working player. With my high school team, I have played mostly center and power forward but I go where my coach needs me. Playing multiple sports year round has showed me that I am able to deal and balance a lot of things at one time, and that I can deal with the pressure of needing to do well. Sports have been a big part of my life ever since I can remember and I am looking forward to continue my athletic career at the next level.

Ever since I was 6, I started to find my passion for the sport. I feel like I'll make a good candidate for their/your team to whoever reads this because of my many years of experience.  I played on an all boys travel team being the only female twice one time when I was 12 and the other time when I was 13. I've also played on local recreational teams since I was 6.

My goal is to attend  four years of college, major in sports management and sports science and become a basketball player in the WNBA.  My aspirations are hopes, dreams, and goals. They will help me move purposefully through life I will like to start boosting my networking abilities and I want to earn my degree and become a expert of what I love to do.  What makes me a good candidate for their team is being passionate, strong minded, very confident, mentally focused and competitive.  What makes me different from other recruits is I'm a very hard working person when it comes to academics. I  desire to get better and making my team mates better.  Also I'm always whiling to prepare to win.

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
