Devan Hawk '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a student-athlete. All work in the classroom comes before any time on the court. I am also on Student Council at my local high school. Being a student athlete, as well as on our Student Council, while maintaining a 3.99 GPA reveals that I am not only a great time manager but also a diligent worker which is why I would be a  great asset for your team. I am able to lead on the court from my 3 years of starting varsity experience heading into my senior year as well as off the court in the classroom. Leadership does not begin when you are given the title; it begins when you do the little things right, such as talking on defense, blocking out, and allowing your relationship with your teammates to grow outside of the gym.  This is why I believe I would be a wonderful asset for your team.
