As a student athlete who is involved in many school activities, I have a lot of things to focus on and do well in. Sometimes I have events that happen back to back. What allows me to juggle these activities is my ability to have a flexible mentality. From being in high school, I have learned how to quickly shift my focus from one activity to another while still performing well.
