Some of my goals for college would be to challenge myself and work to become the best golfer I can be. Lately, I've been really interested in potentially playing golf professionally if I can get to that level, but my first goal involves getting better right now as I prepare for Callaway events beginning on May 20th. In August my HS senior season begins and I am very excited about our team. I think golf is a life long sport and I would prefer to have it be a part of my life for a long time. I want to be successful and get a good education in order to achieve all of my career related goals. I think a would be a good candidate for a college golf team because I am very familiar with the team environment and preforming under pressure from my many years of competitive dance, and I'm always working to better myself. I am easily coachable and social. I also love being around my peers and supporting my teammates. I would say I'm different from other recruits because I haven't been playing golf for a long time. I didn't start playing for real until my freshman year of High School. My dad and grandma convinced me to try out for the team because they thought I was good enough from seeing me mess around in the summer with them. I would also say that I have a huge desire to improve and a competitive nature that has been with me my whole life. I am always trying to help other people and see them be the best that they can be. My academics have always been a big part of my life as well. I push myself to get good grades and I love learning about things I find interesting. Overall, I am just really excited and hopeful about my future with golf and I'm sure I'll be happy with any outcome.
