2023 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I am looking to further my education while continuing to build relationships through a team atmosphere. I have been around golfers all of my life as my father has been a PGA Professional for the past 25 years and I enjoy each day that I am able to spend at the club. Though I have spent most of my life around golfers, I did not take golf seriously as a sport until around 8th grade, making my first competitive golf year my Freshmen year. My summers are spent either working or playing at the golf course and some of my strongest personal ties are because of golf and the membership at our club. I have been on a competitive dance team that has competed on the world level and has captured national titles with hopes of improving on our record next month. I only mention this as it describes my competitive nature and willingness to work hard to be the best that I can be.

- AwardsI have received High Honors as well and Language honors for Spanish, as I have completed and excelled in rigorous courses.
- ActivitiesAlong with golf, I dance competitively at the National and World level. This past year, one of my teams won the 2023 Dance World Championships in the Senior Large All Girl Division, competing against over 15 other countries. Outside of sports I participate in Student Council and help with my school's Interact Club. I am a member of National Honor Society and I also volunteer to help teach golf in two different Jr Golf programs in my community. Finally, during my off hour in school I assist in teaching English to newcomers from other countries, specifically Spanish speakers, but also others.
