My name is Elisa Ladzinski and I have been playing hockey for the past 6 years. I am a hard worker on and off the ice. During practice, I try to give it 110% so I can only get better. I love going to the gym, I go around 4 times a week and work on getting stronger and faster as I also love to run on the treadmill. I stickhandle every day for 20-30 minutes. I'm a strong back checker and forechecker I always race and fight for the puck. I can balance school and hockey pretty well. I'm a fast learner who is always looking for different ways to improve.
