Emma Salerno '19 Recruiting Profile

I'm excited to continue my lacrosse career by playing for a DIII school.  I would like to study marketing and/or communications and attend a school where I can further explore my leadership qualities.  I have been nominated to represent my school at both the Hoby Leadership Conference as well as the Strive Sports Leadership program.   At Strive, I will spend my mornings working on my lacrosse skills, and my afternoons working on my leadership skills...the perfect combination for me. It is important to me to find a school that allows me to combine my academic pursuit, my love of lacrosse and my leadership interests.  I am finishing my Junior year and was named Captain MVP of my high school team, scoring 70% of the team's goals for the season.  I am not currently on a travel/club team as I spend my summers leading kids at camp as a Head Counselor.  I am looking forward to finding the right program where I can make a positive impact on the team and at the college community as a whole.

My grades are improving each trimester, in fact I made Honors this past trimester!
