My name is Casey Trimbur. I am currently a junior at Spring-Ford High School in Pennsylvania. I am a dedicated lacrosse player, having played since 2nd grade. I played for the Spring-Ford High School lacrosse team as well as Dynamite Lacrosse Club. I especially enjoy the opportunity that club lacrosse provides since we play in very competitive tournaments all around the tri-state area. I strive to be a leader on and off the field by playing hard at all times and maintaining a positive attitude while encouraging my teammates to do their best and keep their spirits high. I have become a certified US lacrosse junior umpire and officiated youth lacrosse games. I have played in fundraising tournaments including Lax for Maggie, Lax for the Cure, and volunteered as an umpire for Lax for Lauren, a local fundraiser for cystic fibrosis. I love that lacrosse can make a difference in the lives of others. Academically I am interested in studying psychology/social work. I dream of someday traveling to Africa to volunteer and have requested an application for junior Peace Corp. I would prefer a college experience at a school in a city, however I am open to other college settings. Athletically I would like to play for a school where I can continue competing at a sport that I love and contribute to the success of the team.
