Hi! My name is Simone Langer. I’m a junior at Bartlett High and have been active in sports my whole life. I did gymnastics most of my life and then tried volleyball out. Then I had a friend bring me to lacrosse and I fell In love with sport. Sadly my first year got cut short because of covid and then we came back and I was having an amazing season but it got cut short again because I tore my ACL. It was devastating but after surgery I worked hard to come back and it was a huge learning curve for me. I learned that talent will only get you so far and hardwork is what makes you stand out and be the best for yourself and your team. I still work everyday to strengthen myself and make myself stronger for my team and its needs.
