Hi everyone! I go by Gabby and I've been rowing for three years, doing both Fall and Spring seasons with Williamsburg Boat Club and year-round CrossFit conditioning. I am very competitive and use it to strengthen my skills as an athlete and teammate. I've raced in the v8, varsity straight 4's +/-, as well as doubles. Last year was the first time in our club's history that any athlete had qualified for nationals as my double partner and I, along with 3 other teammates competed. I head back to Sarasota this year to compete in our youth straight 4. I attended US Rowing ODP last summer, took away an even greater appreciation for the high-performance environment, and walked away more motivated than ever to compete at a higher level. I'm involved in multiple extra-curricular activities from student mentoring, to historical societies, and volunteering for different organizations in my community. I am looking for a college-level program where I can contribute to a dedicated team that focuses on the personal and high-performance advancements necessary for succeeding at the national collegiate level.
