Annika Wickham '24 Recruiting Profile

I can balance school and soccer successfully, I am supportive on and off the field, and I love to play.  

Soccer Attributes:  I have elite speed, high endurance, play through the whistle and contact, am a good team player, draw a lot of fouls, and am easy to coach.  (See club coaches' assessment comments below from fall 2022.)

Soccer Highlights:  Lead scorer on club team, lead assister on club team, multiple "player of the game" awards by club and high school coaches.

Scholastic Highlights:  3.83/4.0 GPA in high school including honors and AP classes.  1330 SAT, 1250 on PSAT.  I will likely pursue a STEM-based degree in college, possibly Computer Science.

• Annika is a huge asset to this team.

• She guarantees a goal or assist a game minimum.

• She is a great outlet to have in our offense, but also does her part defensively.

• She may also be our leader this season in both goals and assists.

• She has great promise and I hope she continues to play soccer at a high level.

• There are times where her first touch, quick pass, or cross let her down but this is constantly improving.

• The team thrives off Annika's presence and force from the wings.

• She is also realizing how fast she is and the problems she causes for other teams.

• We run her side all day and other teams have no idea what hits them.

• She has a great attitude and continues to improve every practice.
