Hadley Nauslar '26 Recruiting Profile

I owe soccer a lot. In many ways, it has shaped me into the person I have become. I compete. I expect to win. I work hard, even when no one is watching. Those traits carry over to my academic career.  As a sophomore  at Golden High SchooI,  I challenge myself with high level classes whenever I can, and take advantage of extra learning opportunities.    

On the pitch, I am a selfless player that has one thing on my mind...win balls and put the ball in the best place on the field for my team to get a goal. Sometimes that's off my foot, but many times it's starting a sequence by beating a defender and servicing a cross or playing a through ball. I am a starting forward/attacking midfielder for the 2007 Colorado Edge SelectECNL-RL.  We compete against the best competition in the state. We have won Champions League P1 as well as  the Colorado State Cup. We consistently meet and compete well with GA and ECNL teams in tournament play. We were US Club Regional Champions in 2021 and were finalists in the National Cup Championships. I love the fact that I have literally grown up playing against the best '07 girls in the state.  I know their names, and most  of them know me...they definitely know my team. Recently, my experience playing for  Colorado Select (ODP) has allowed me to play with girls that in the past I only competed against. 

Soccer is a huge part of my life. The friends, the tournaments, the work, the goals, the assists, the fun. It's a part of my identity and I don't see the passion for the game ever burning out!
