Kelsey Takahashi '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a sophomore at ‘Iolani School, located in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Attending a competitive college prepatory school has taught me to balance the demands of being an athlete and my academic work load well. It has pushed me to achieve my goals, as well as consistently set new ones. Although being a student-athlete comes with many trials and tribulations, from a young age my passion has always been soccer and my love for the sport has always driven me to overcome any obstacle I have faced. Soccer has allowed me to continuously grow as a person and a player, and has also led me to learn so much about myself while teaching me many life lessons that I will carry will me throughout my life.  Throughout my soccer career my love for the sport has only grown and I aspire to play at the collegiate level, while chasing my academic degree.
