I am a humble/but aggressive player. I take direction well from other players and my coaches. I am a leader on and off the field. I do not like gossip or drama. I am a shy person by nature, but have no problem being aggressive and communicating on the field with my team and coaches. I can read the ball multiple plays in advance and anticipate where I need to be. I feel like I am a pretty fast runner and a good team player. I respect coaches and players on both sides. I am not a dirty player, I have never been taught that, and when I play against teams like that, instead of choosing to play dirty, I just outrun them. I enjoy playing center D, but I am comfortable in the mid position. I do love to run, and don't get beat very frequently at the high school level I play in (5A) and lets be honest I can take a hit and keep going. I think, humbly I do have great ball handling skills and speed and agility. I have a high GPA and intend on pursuing a career in something science/advanced math based like engineering, physics, or something along those lines. I have taken multiple DC courses through high school as well as honors and AP classes and for my senior project I volunteered and assisted at a Assisted living Facility for the elderly. I was the games coordinator. It was probably the most fun I have had in a long time. Even elderly people are competitive. I am goal oriented, and love to succeed. I am very honest with my own playing abilities, and know when I have made a mistake and can jump back into it, and learn from that quickly. I feel like since I don't get involved with the drama and gossip I am a well liked person. I enjoy any sport there is and in general just being active with sports, school, work, and my family.
