Hello, my name is Maren!
I have been playing soccer since I was little and as college is fast approaching I have realized that I am not ready to stop playing soccer anytime soon! I love the game and the community that comes with it! I am very coachable, driven, and have a positive attitude with the idea of getting better always as my goal. What sets me apart from other players is that I am a fast and strong player, and as a center back I take the game seriously and stay focused to help lead the defensive line.
Off the field I am a determined student who always wants to do my best in and out of the classroom! I hold a 4.56 cumulative GPA average, and challenge myself with both honors and AP classes.
My future hopes for a college is to find a school that both aligns my loves for soccer and my academics! I want a school that helps foster my education and will be a stepping stone for medical school to help me achieve my future career. I would also like to have the opportunity to continue to play soccer to help provide me with a supportive community and the opportunity to continue to play the game I love!
