Hi! My name is Joanna Shaw and I am a junior at Lincoln East High School. Ever since I touched a soccer ball I knew right away that playing college soccer was my dream. I have had huge inspiration in my life. My dad, Matt Shaw, had huge athletic successes in his life. He was a walk-on that became a starter at the University of Nebraska during the 1994 Championship football season. I have learned through his experiences that talent only takes you so far and that you have to work hard to achieve your dreams. I always try to do my best at everything I do on and off the soccer field. I pride myself in my ability to have a positive outlook on everything I do. I know I would be a great fit for your team!
