My athletic journey started at the age of 4. I played quite a few sports when I was young (Softball, Basketball, Gymnastics) I still Surf and Ski but the sport that became a passion for me was soccer. From a young age, I was fortunate to be in soccer training environments that included college players as well as pros. It gave me the unique perspective to see the dedication it takes to become great at something.
As far as the type of soccer player I am: I started my career playing Center Back and gradually moved to Center Mid. I currently play the 6 position for my club team (PDA) and the 8 position for Seneca High School. I am very technical and pride myself on being one of, if not, the fittest girl on my team. I have definitely learned that being fit helps make the game easier. I am very competitive. (My teammates sometimes say I’m too competitive during training) but it’s the only way I know how to play.
I love soccer and everything about it! Training hard is something I enjoy because I've seen how undeniable the positive results have been during my career. Having teammates that I bond with is like having extended family. I love watching the game and learning new tactics. Soccer has definitely helped me with organization and discipline in all areas of my life.
I know I want to continue my playing career for as long as possible and at the highest level that my skills and dedication will allow. Thank you for the time.
