Hi Coaches, my name is Evelyn but I go by Eve. I love soccer because it's my happy place. I love the environment of being with people you are friends with while competing together. It's fun for me to meet new people and I get excited thinking about joining a college soccer team where other girls have similar interests, high passion for soccer, and give me a safe space away from college stressors. As a teammate I believe I am a good listener, hard working, and naturally positive. I always have my teammates' back. My coaches will confirm that I am focused and do not ever goof off in training. As a player I think I have a good IQ of the game with high level vision. Seeing the game and reading options before they happen are a strength. Outside of soccer, I love hanging out with friends. Since most of my energy is spent on school, the little free time I do have is spent doing new things. I love to travel and spend time with my family. I enjoy going out and having new adventures and learning new hobbies. I have played multiple instruments in my life and dabbled in art and creative writing. Personally, I want to make a positive impact and be surrounded by people who bring out the best in me. Empathy for others is really important to me and I try to understand how others would feel in situations, think about how my decisions impact others, and try to always take my time to be level-headed when I make decisions.
