Carsyn Ward '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Carsyn Ward. I have been playing soccer since I was three years old and my passion for the game continues to grow the older I get and the more I play. I am an OB/CB with a competitive mindset which fuels me to work hard on and off the field. My strengths on the field include 1v1 defending, seeing the field, communicating from the back, and movement off the ball to help advance and penetrate offensively. I currently play for the 2008 Wake FC Girls Academy team and attend Seaforth High School in Pittsboro, North Carolina. At Seaforth, I was a starter and 1st team all conference player for our varsity team. In the classroom, I have maintained a 4.4/4.5 gpa , and received academic all conference with an all honors and AP course load. My goal and dream has always been to find a college that excels academically and can accommodate my desire to pursue a job in healthcare but also with the opportunity to play college soccer at a high level.
