My name is Erika Harrington and I currently attend Fauquier High School and play for Northern Piedmont Soccer Club (NPSC). I have been playing soccer since the age of 3 and have been with my current team for about 6 years now. As a player, I always try to get better and I strive to be the hardest working player both in practice and on the field. I take it upon myself to become a better player and always focus on the places where I can improve. On the field, I strive to be a leader and always have a positive impact.
In school, I am a hard-working student and my education is a high priority for me. I make sure to keep my grades and my GPA up, this includes making honor roll every quarter in middle school as well as in high school. Within school, I am a member of two clubs, Eco club which is environment based and Falcons4Change which promotes positive change within our community. I am passionate about the environment and making positive impacts within my community. I like giving back to my community through volunteering.
Academics in college are very important to me. I want to find a college that has good academics and also allows me to compete to the best of my abilities. I do not have any size preferences or specific state of which I am set on. I am looking primarily on the East Coast but am willing to venture outward if the school fits for me. As a student and a player my goal is to find a college that best suits me.
Currently I am interested in the Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and kinesiology as my focal college major.
