Abigail Torman '26 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to continue my love of soccer playing for a college/university that allows me to academically achieve my desire to work in healthcare.  I primarily play as a wingback which allows me to play the 2 & 3 as well as 7 & 11.  I love playing in the back position and winning the ball back but Im just as confident driving the ball upfield and looking for a pass to my attacking mid, my forwards or providing a consistent cross.  Coming from a small team I get lots of playtime and my dedication to distance running both in Track and XC has provided me with the endurance and fitness level to keep me competitive throughout a game.  Im first and foremost a team player.  We win as a team, we lose as a team, an individual is only there to support and impact that team positively.  Coaches past and present tell me I have a high soccer IQ, good vision on the field and a high endurance level.  I train hard every day and study harder.  I hope to be able to bring my work ethic both on the field and in the classroom to a college or university where I can positively impact their team.
