Ella Kasperbauer '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ella Kasperbauer. I attend Okoboji High School in Milford, Iowa and am in the graduating Class of 2027. I have been swimming competitively since I was 6 and as a member of the Bedell Barracudas, my club team, and the Spencer Tigers, my high school team. My best stroke is breaststroke, but I have really been enjoying swimming IM and butterfly this season.

I love being in the pool and getting challenging workouts from my coaches. I enjoy bringing a positive attitude to practice, bonding with teammates, and growing as an athlete. 

From a personal aspect, I am known as a hardworking, determined, detail-oriented student athlete. As a friend, I am loyal, trustworthy, and enjoy having fun. 

I currently have a 4.0/4.0 GPA, and enjoy growing my knowledge. Academically, my goals are to continue to excel in high school, and find a college where I’ll be able to pursue my goal of earning a degree in medicine, while also continuing my swimming career.
