100 yard butterfly Personal Statement
I have been watching swimming every since my older brother got into the sport of swimming. So being around the sport for my whole life has truly inspired me to continue swimming into my college years. My parents encouraged water safety from a very young age and that flourished into my love for the sport. No matter the meet or practice I may be having I am a very postive teamate and will always be caught cheering and encouraging my teammates. My drive and determination also does not stop in the pool. I work incredibly hard in everything I do no matter the situation. I would be overjoyed to compete at a collegiate level after high school in a sport that has brought me so much joy and growth to my life.

- With 6 practices per week with options of doubles during specific times during season, PVAA also provides 2-3 day a week strength training and yoga as well as insightful knowledge of nutrition for the teams nutritionist. This team strives to create a process for its swimmers to prevent burnout and to keep the love of the sport alive.
