I am a very hard-working and determined person, and do well with taking directions or input/advice from coaches. I am always ready to push myself physically and academically. I have a very good attendance record for practice and do well in harder classes. I see college as a necessary stepping stone to help create the future that I have always pictured and will take any steps required to reach my goals- no matter how challenging. I am very passionate about swimming itself and greatly enjoy the team aspect of the sport. As I do enjoy harder classes and learning different material, it can be very stressful and I find that swimming is very fun, enjoyable and helps to keep me sane. For as long as I can remember, the biggest aspects of my life have been focusing on academics as well as swimming, and the lifelong friends that I have made through the sport.
