Sarah Howard '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sarah Howard. I am a Junior at West Florence High School in Florence, South Carolina. I am a talented Breaststroker, Freestyler and IMer and I am moldable to fill any spots that need to be filled on your team. I am a hard worker and have consistently shown improvement since coming back after two years away from the sport.  My year round club team is Gamecock Aquatics in Columbia, SC.  I balance traveling an hour each way to practice, my swimming and schoolwork very well. I excel academically and I am a part of the National Honor Society and the National Beta Club. I am a 5 year high school varsity swimmer and was chosen to be the captain of the West Florence High School Swim Team this year.  When I am out of the water, I am dedicated to dryland training and weightlifting.
