Hello Coaches. My name is Katelyn Morrow, and I am a Junior at Douglas Freeman High School in Richmond Virginia. Currently I am taking Honors and AP courses and I am on the Honor Roll. The coursework is challenging but essential to my future college aspirations. The heavy workload also teaches me time management. I would like to study Law and one day become an attorney. I have been swimming for NOVA Aquatics for six years. I learned to swim at our neighborhood pool and then moved to the YMCA swim team. I quickly realized that swimming is my passion and strived to learn as much as I could about the sport that I love. I joined NOVA Aquatics where I have thrived and continued to excel. I am currently in Senior Gold at NOVA Aquatics. I also swim for Douglas Freeman High School Swim Team where I am currently a Captain. I am extremely driven, determined, self-motivated and dedicated to achieving my goals as well as contributing to my team's overall success. Swim has taught me patience, persistence, how to overcome obstacles and how to be a leader. I am very energetic, hardworking and deeply respect my coaches. I believe all of these attributes would be a great addition to your swim team.
