Hello! This is Maggie Fox and I'm currently a junior in high school. I have played tennis for 11 years and have been on Broughton's Varsity Tennis team all 3 years of high school. I also compete in USTA and UTR tournaments throughout the year. One of my favorite matches was against a 5.27 UTR where I won in straight sets 6-2 6-2. I am super proud of that match! I practice most days of the week and complete gym workouts between practices and homework. In addition, I play for Raleigh Racquet Club year-round on their Academy 3 team and receive one-on-one private coaching there as well.
When I'm not playing tennis, I am studying hard at school. I attend an early college high school and take AP and Honors high school classes as well as college classes. I work hard at my studies and make mostly As in my classes. I should graduate high school with at least one year of college credits already earned.
I am currently completing physical therapy from my ACL surgery back in November 2023. I attend PT several times a week as well as go to the gym for strength training. I continue to practice strokes and serves and recently added running back into my practices. Hopefully, I will have some great videos to post soon!
I appreciate your time reading this message and look forward to playing tennis in college!
Thank you!
