I would be a valuable student/athlete for any of the colleges that I am looking into. I am dedicated and always set aspirations for myself that I meet no matter what. Track and school work have always been two of my highest priorities, which is why I have excelled in both since freshman year and even before. Off of the track I am a hard-working AP student with a 4.106 GPA. I am ranked in the 7th percentile of my class and am a member of National Honors Society. I also participate in many other afterschool clubs and groups, including Unified Sports, PAL (Peer Advocacy League), Student Council, Bacon Volunteer, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Club, and Bacon Leaders of Today and Tomorrow Club, which is led by our school principal. On the track I am motivated and always trying to better my times and athletic ability. I have been on the Varsity girls 4X800 relay team since my freshman year. My relay team has qualified for States every year since my freshman year, we won ECC's indoor my sophomore year, placed within the top four spots in ECCs outdoor my sophomore year, and also broke the school record twice my sophomore year. Individually I run the 800, 1600, and occasionally the 3200. My best time in the 1600 is 5:55. My dedication and enthusiasm for track is reflected in my times, both on my relay team and individually. Track is a passion of mine and I would be honored to continue playing this sport in college.
