I have been running for 5 years now, and have had the desire to compete since the beginning. Competing on a collegiate team would give me the opportunity to show my skills of working hard and proving my ability of being a leader. I am very coachable and will do whatever it takes to meet the goals I need to achieve.  Competing in collage is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life and education. I work hard each season, and strive to be the best runner I can be. 

In school, I am very attentive and work hard to maintain a high GPA. I take my grades seriously because I know that is an important role in my future. I have helped with a youth track organization to help younger kids to better their future running abilities. 

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I hope to find the right school so I can better my skills as an athlete, as well as a person. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers, and make my parents proud.
