Natalie Mial '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I’m Natalie Mial! Sprinting is my passion, and I have competed in track and field for nine years. I was initially drawn to the sport since my parents were runners. After a while, I knew that track was the sport that I loved and wanted to pursue. I have learned how to stay determined and disciplined as I work hard to achieve my goals. I pride myself on being a very driven student-athlete who puts forth my effort in athletics and academics. My tenacious attitude has pushed me closer to my dreams as I diligently work towards my aspirations on and off the track. While training with high-performing athletes, I have learned that it challenges me mentally and physically as I push myself to work harder. I do what is necessary to keep myself in shape during the offseason by working out and eating healthy foods. I am very excited to see what is to come in the future at the collegiate level.
